Stelio, is an entrepreneur, coach, consultant and advisor in different scopes of work evolution. Since 1995 he’s been supporting organisations in their understanding and navigation of key evolutionary phases.
In 2012 he devised the LiquidO organizational framework for adaptive governance, later awarded by Gary Hamel’s Management Innovation Exchange in NYC. In those same years, with the other co-founders of Cocoon Pro, he gave life to the first completely emergent organization in Europe, while also contributing as an active part in the growth of the European Organization Design Forum (EODF). And in 2015 Stelio held the world’s first Masterclass in Adaptive Organization Design in Milan, with Paul Tolchinsky and Stu Winby.
After having practiced at the intersection between change management frameworks and cybernetic systems thinking, Stelio embraced the Whole-Scale Change (WSC) methodology as taught to him by Paul Tolchinsky since 2014. Together, over many years they have brought WSC to a variety of contexts in Europe, both showing its efficacy in facing multiple challenges, and developing its practice within the evolving socio-technical scenario.
Along with a daily practice of multi-layered strategic, structural, and operational adaptivity, both with customers and within his own organization, Stelio has also been actively participating in the community evolving the world of work at large. He’s developed various frameworks and methods in the fields of Ecosystemic Strategy, Serious Games, Organizational Development, Self-development, and Organizational Design. Within this stream of work, he’s been invited as a keynote speaker at various events, including the Agile Executive Forum (San Francisco), Ouishare Fest (Paris), Agile India (Bengaluru), and Impactful Agility by Agile Consortium (Brussels), among others.
