Priti Vyas’s outlook towards Agile can be best described by only one word – “Passion”. Yes, she is very passionate about agile. Her agile expedition started in 2009 (Article submitted – “My Agile Expedition”) for one of the largest shipping company. That first raw experience of agile taught her the first Mantra of Agile – “Inspect and Adapt”. Having been part of many projects in various flavors of Agile (mainly Scrum) spanning across multiple geographies, clients, teams, domains, and technologies, her favorite mantra still remains the same. She has played the roles of SCRUM Master and Agile coach – being ever ready for trying and testing newer and newer practices and outlooks. As an Agile unit leader and core member of organization wide agile change agents group, she enjoys interaction with delivery teams and key clients spread across diverse geographies, business areas and at various stages of agile maturity and adoption. She is also an active member of TCS Agile community and had led 2 seasons of Agile Cafe – TCS internal Agile conference for Gandhinagar branch. Her article “My Agile Expedition” has also been selected as part of global SCRUM Alliance newsletter.
