My passion is to deliver deeply meaningful experiences. Experiences that impact and transform its’ end-customers whether they are consumers, small businesses, large organisations or it’s employees. I look to solve gnarly and complex problems with simple and elegant solutions. I see experiences as a living, breathing, evolving organism that transcends time and medium of interaction. My personality is that of a ‘connector’, I connect people, data and problems to discover underlying problems, patterns, behaviours and ideas that most people miss. Being a visual thinker who relentlessly seeks clarity, ambiguity has nothing on me, the more ambitious the problem, the more I am up for the challenge!
My professional experience has given me the versatility to work across design functions of Design Strategy, Research, Experience, Visual Design and Branding. These diverse roles have shaped me into a design leader who can lead teams to deliver delightful solution experiences for its customers and, as a result, exponentially grow business outcomes. Over the years I have played many roles, of a graphic designer, content writer, communication designer, entrepreneur, interaction designer, design strategist and design thinker.
I think of myself as an expert who can conceptualise new products, evolve existing products, and transform organisation cultures across industries, platforms and the globe. An entrepreneur at heart, I am able to manoeuvre complex problems with confidence and speed.
